The U.S. Navy awarded a new contract to Altus Technology Solutions for its SeaPort NxG contract vehicle. The multiple-award IDIQ contract holds a total value of $5 billion and includes a five-year base period with one five-year option. The contract allows Altus to compete for individual task orders for the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps.
To meet Sea Power 21 objectives and to increase overall efficiencies, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract (MAC) vehicle. In 2018, the Navy awarded the follow-on contract to SeaPort-e called Seaport-NxG to provide direct support to the Navy. The scope encompasses a wide variety of engineering and program management support services. It uses a web-based electronic procurement system to facilitate performance-based service acquisition. All task orders issued under the contract are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-NxG system.

Altus, through its AT2, LLC Joint Venture with SA-TECH, was awarded a One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) – Pool 1 contract.
OASIS SB is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.
OASIS SB is a family of seven separate Government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts that span 29 NAICS Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.
This State of Maryland Master Contract, effective April 22, 2013 through April 21, 2028, is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Develop and/or maintain the following types of documentation: system documentation; user manuals; computer operations and program maintenance manuals; plans for training, testing, quality assurance, and contingency operations; and backup, recovery and restart procedures; technical writing for proposals, presentations, standard operating procedures, and policies and procedures.
